High quality steel sprocket
Race proven technology
Made in Europe
Supersprox was founded in 1959 in the UK and have been making high quality sprockets ever since. The company has its own production plants in Europe and works closely with factory motorcycle racing teams to test their products in the highest level of motorcycle racing, such as Motocross World Championship, World Superbike, Endurance World Championship, Rally and World Enduro series.
Made from EN36c Case Hardening (carbon free) alloy steel, with a strong core. Allows for the creation of a hard surface layer for a longer life, while keeping the strong core that is resistant to breakage. The sprockets are Carbon impregnated up to 0.5mm and oil quenched, producing a super hard surface guaranteeing a more consistent wear pattern and extended life.
The Ultra hard surface layer (60HRC@0.5mm) reduces friction to prevent power loss caused by chain drag. Fully lightened with radial holes (for most off road and street bikes) to reduce rotational mass at the engine, allowing better delivery of power to the wheel.
Grooved teeth (off road applications) prevents dirt building up under the chain. This reduces friction on the chain and extends chain life. These are the same (factory specification) that Supersprox supplies to factory MX, Enduro, Rally and road race teams.
